Wrestling (Koshti)

Wrestling

Two muscular bodies lock into a dense horizontal mass, crouched low in a disciplined contest. Shoulder presses into torso, arm into flank—force meeting resistance in measured equilibrium.

Layered cross-hatching models weight and gravity, while the open background isolates the mechanics of contact. The figures are fewer individuals than volumes defined by leverage and balance.

Wrestling becomes a metaphor: strength shaped by opposition, conflict structured and mutual. Each body exists through the resistance of the other.
